OUTDOOR THERAPY

Walk and talk therapy, also known as outdoor therapy, offers several benefits that can enhance the therapeutic experience compared to traditional office settings. Physically, walking boosts heart health, increases energy, and reduces stress by releasing endorphins. Emotionally, it can improve your mood, ease anxiety, and create a more relaxed, comfortable environment, encouraging open and honest conversations.

Mentally, walking sparks creativity and aids in problem solving, making it easier to express your thoughts and feelings. The movement itself can symbolise progress, reinforcing the sense of moving forward in therapy. Being in nature also has a grounding effect, helping you feel more centred and connected to the world around you.

Walk and talk therapy is flexible and adaptable, with different routes and settings tailored to your needs, making it suitable for all fitness levels. This dynamic environment keeps you engaged and present, making the overall therapeutic experience more effective and enjoyable.

Walking come rain or shine!
