WELCOME TO MINDFUL PROCESS

Who We Are

We are experienced counsellors who have worked with a variety of issues and concerns.

What We Do

We provide a range of counselling services designed to support you on your personal journey.

We offer:

  • Face to Face Counselling: Traditional in-person sessions to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.

  • Walk and Talk Therapy: Combining the benefits of the outdoors and therapy, perfect for those who feel more comfortable in an outdoor setting.

  • Online/Phone Counselling: Flexible options to receive support from the comfort of your own home or wherever you are.

Our Philosophy

We understand that not everyone will click with their counsellor or therapist, and that's okay. It's about finding the right fit for you. We ensure a safe, confidential space where you can connect, whether you're looking to heal or make changes.

Our Mission

We believe in a supportive, adaptable, and understanding environment to help you navigate your personal challenges. We are committed to being alongside you every step of the way.

OUR STORY

Two unlikely individuals from different walks of life crossed paths on their counselling journey. What began as a therapeutic relationship blossomed into a friendship bonded by trust, admiration, and genuine connection.

Our journey started with a shared vision: to provide accessible, empathetic, and professional counselling services. We recognised the need for diverse counselling options and decided to combine our expertise to offer something unique. Our goal is to help individuals navigate their personal challenges, whether they are seeking to heal, make changes, or simply need someone to talk to.
